In order to serve our worldwide customers better, our company provides unified shipping cost of all the orders, that is, each order delivery fee is $ 25.

There is no minimum order quantity, no other additional conditions. If a single order is over $ 500, you will enjoy free shipment.  All our products are entitled to discounts according to the order total value, if you order a model whose value is:
more than 500 USD,will enjoy  Free Delivery;
over 1500 USD, will enjoy 5% discount;
over 3000 USD, will enjoy 10% discount;
More over 6000 USD, may not be able to order online becouse of the Paypal account. Please Contact our online sales for payment and more discount.

(For example,if you buy 3000 USD goods here,actually,you just need to pay 2700 USD instead.)

We have necessary inventory for all the items, to make sure that we can generally ship the goods within 48 hours.
What ’s more, all orders are directly shipped to the worldwide by directly DHL (Our DHL account: 602597593, Our UPS Account: 1ZW8441E).
DHL /UPS will send the products to your desk in 2-6 days after we shipped. If the value of goods is relatively high, DHL will also help you complete customs clearance.

Each order ’s goods have been multiple tested to ensure that customers receive the perfect items.
Before shipping, we will carefully test again. For every shipment, goods are packaged in the most rigorous way,to prevent possible damages during transport to the utmost extent.

When you receive the goods, and find packaging damaged , please check them in front of DHL deliveryman. If damaged, please try to obtain local DHL ’s breakage of documentary evidence, and meanwhile, contact with us to send the detailed packaging and product photos.

If packaging is intact, customers should check the products within 3 days, if something is broken or missing due to the transport, please contact promptly your local DHL and send us detailed packaging and product ’s photos.

We are committed to returning or exchanging goods for customers in this case that there are quality problems, or inconsistent with the invoice, or can not work under normal use, within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

In normal warranty period (modules, power supplies, LED strips with 1-year warranty; control cards, video processors with 2-year warranty), we are committed to providing customers with free maintenance if there are quality problems under normal use.

If customers tear up the product ’s codes, and their goods will not enjoy return and warranty.
Under warranty, clients must do the customs clearence according to the value of goods we require and pay the return shipment cost.
We provide free repairs for customers and send you the items with recent order together, rather than send the repaired goods alone,and we will bear the delivery costs back.

The whole online products are with global uniform prices ,thus anyone can buy them fairly. Any product can be purchased online, and if there are doubts, please contact our online sales and engineers.
Within 7 days,if any quality problem,You can return the goods.
You need contact with our online sales for shipping address and consignee. And make sure the goods back to us safety and no less.
After checking,if the goods number is correct, and there is no man-made damage, we will refund the full amount received from you within 3 working days.
The shipping cost of return the goods back needs to be paid by clients.
